Job description

The Seismic Project Lead supports Workplace Solutions business and marketing partners by maintaining, updating, and elevating content within Seismic for client-facing teams to leverage for external use.

This role involves updating content across in PowerPoint presentations, and other marketing collateral. It combines project management skills, attention to detail, and technical acumen to ensure timely and accurate delivery of content updates aligned with corporate branding and compliance standards.

  • Business & Content Acumen: Demonstrates familiarity with content strategy, foundational design principles, and compliance requirements, with a focus on delivering highquality, client-ready content that supports Workplace Solutions marketing priorities.

  • Technical Acumen: Quickly learns and adapts to new tools and platforms, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with Seismic and Workfront, or similar enablement platforms is a plus. A continuous learner that proactively expands knowledge of new technologies and system enhancements.

  • Prioritization & Time Management: Effectively manages highvolume work with competing priorities, maintaining strong attention to detail while supporting speedtomarket, quality, and workflow efficiency goals.

  • Continuous Improvement: Brings curiosity and a testandlearn mindset, embracing experimentation, continuous learning, and process improvement to help evolve content, tools, and ways of working in support of Workplace Solutions marketing strategy.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Owns the process of elevating, editing, and coordinating content and data updates for marketing materials in partnership with business and marketing stakeholders.

  • Maintains, updates, and organizes content across PowerPoint presentations, and other marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and adherence to design and content guidelines. Oversees elevation of content within Seismic and implements divisional content archival strategies.

  • Tracks and manages content submission requests by monitoring queues and work volumes, reprioritizing as needed to meet deadlines, and delivering high quality work.

  • Executes content updates based on source data, stakeholder input, and established templates while owning timelines and ensuring timely delivery. Troubleshoots content issues.

  • Communicates progress, risks, and requirements to program owners, project managers, and other partners. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand content needs and ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.

  • Supports ongoing content governance by maintaining and improving templates, reinforcing brand guidelines, and identifying workflow enhancements to streamline future content updates.

  • Identifies improvements in support of business needs and serves as subject matter expert on content management and Seismic capabilities.

  • Maintains broad awareness of changing technology/applications, trends, client needs, and legislative changes to proactively support creation, updates, and testing of marketing/communication materials.

  • Identifies automated data connections within Seismic to create scale and efficiency of content for client-facing crew.

  • Stays current on emerging technologies and supports implementation of new capabilities by providing technical expertise, productivity recommendations, and highlevel project coordination.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years related work experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint preferred.

  • Proficiency with Advertising Compliance, and or, Business Approval preferred.
