As a Key Holder, better known as a "Floor Leader," at Skechers, you'll take on an essential Retail Leadership Role, contributing to store operations and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service.   • Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.

  • Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
