What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related protocols at a public transportation location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with local authorities and/or site contacts when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.
  • Monitor entry points, public areas, and restricted locations to help support orderly operations and document incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in required reports.
  • Assist with emergency response activities, directions, and crowd management during service disruptions, special events, and/or unexpected situations.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
