Job description

This is an entry level position.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

· Account creations/terminations

· Troubleshooting customer issues in AMAG, Lenel, and/or CompleteView

· System programming

· Remotely monitoring physical security systems

· Liaise with vendors, IT, and manufacturers to resolve issues

· Assist in software upgrades

· Email updates regarding priority issues

· Generating monthly customer reports

Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of physical security systems

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to problem solve

· Knowledge of CompleteView, Lenel, or AMAG

· Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems

Job Requirements:

· NO criminal history – must agree to a background check

· Routine drug testing – zero tolerance

· Position is onsite not remote
