ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Serve as the primary contact and application expert for clinical systems, including Epic.
- Provide frontline support to clinical users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation as needed.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain training for new hires and existing staff on clinical systems usage, workflows, and updates.
- Assist with system configuration, clinical workflow design, and optimization to align with operational goals and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, patches, and new implementations.
- Maintain knowledge of clinical documentation standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., UDS, HEDIS, HRSA), and industry best practices.
- Assist employees with password resets, account unlocks, multi-factor authentication (MFA) support, and user access requests in accordance with organizational security policies.
- Provide entry level technical support and education as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare delivery models.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, clinical software applications, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
