- Take a clients design and determine the best color choices and layout for optimal results
- Use and maintain all screen printing equipment, troubleshooting errors and calling in repairs as needed
- Communicate with clients throughout the process to ensure the best final product
- Perform quality checks and make adjustments on any products produced
- An understanding of screen printing processes, or a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
