Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced screen print operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge in operating both automatic and manual screen-printing equipment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time production.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate automatic and manual screen-printing presses for high-volume production.
  • Set up and register screens, mix inks, and adjust colors according to specifications.
  • Conduct test prints and ensure output meets customer quality standards.
  • Maintain and clean equipment, screens, and work areas to keep production running smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues such as misregistration, smudges, or color inconsistencies.
  • Work closely with the production team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
  • Follow company safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating textile screen-printing equipment (automatic and manual).
  • Knowledge of different ink types (plastisol, water-based, discharge, etc.).
  • Ability to set up, register, and print multi-color designs.
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Availability to work shifts and meet tight production deadlines.
