The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of graphic design principles, color theory, and printing techniques, with the ability to collaborate with designers and production staff to ensure accurate and vibrant print results.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate screen printing machinery efficiently, ensuring precise registration and color matching.
  • Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing, maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers.
  • Adjust print settings based on artwork specifications, substrate type, and desired effects.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area to promote safety and efficiency.
