About the Role

AO Swag is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Screen Print Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on manufacturing role responsible for operating screen print equipment in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

This position is well suited for individuals who value consistency, follow procedures, and take pride in producing high-quality work in a structured production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Receive work order jobs for screen printing
  • Examine work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities
  • Keep workstation and machinery clean
  • Examine product for painting smears and other defects
  • Run prints and perform quality checks throughout the printing process
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise
  • Count and record quantities printed in the production log

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous work experience as a shirt press operator using M& R Sportsman, Gauntlet, Cobra, Stryker, Brother, Challenger, or similar silk screen press machines
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
  • High level of creative and artistic skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work with ink and chemicals every day
  • Ability to manually operate large machinery

Schedule & Physical Requirements

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  • Overtime may be required during peak production periods in accordance with business needs

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged standing and repetitive hand movements
  • Frequent reaching, bending, and hand-eye coordination
  • Occasional lifting of boxes or materials weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

  • Adhere to all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and workplace standards
  • Participate in required safety training and compliance programs
  • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses immediately
