The Opportunity
As a SAP Order to Cash Consultant, Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their customer relationship management processes within our SAP practice. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions and embracing ambiguity as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC, you will leverage your skills to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions effectively
- Managing the integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications to optimize customer relationship processes
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless adoption of SAP CRM systems
- Collaborating with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
- Developing business process improvements and modeling to enhance operational efficiency
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
