Role Overview:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Business Account Manager with a strong sales orientation to join our team. In this role, you will build relationships with new and existing clients, identify growth opportunities, support the sales cycle and help drive Truence Co's revenue growth. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in sales/account management while being part of a dynamic, growth-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts and acquire new accounts, ensuring clients’ business needs are understood and addressed
  • Work proactively to uncover upsell or cross-sell opportunities within client accounts
  • Support the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, proposal collaboration, negotiation, and closing
  • Monitor account performance, track client satisfaction and renewal indicators
  • Collaborate across teams (sales, consulting, delivery, client success) to ensure solutions are tailored and delivered on-time
  • Work toward quarterly sales and retention targets, helping to grow Truence Co's business
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, produce account reports and forecast growth actions
