Responsibilities:
• User setup & administration
• Permission sets & profiles
• Data loads & data augmentation
• Familiarity with Error Messaging in Salesforce
• Use of formulas (e.g., vLookups, XLOOKUP preferred)
• Creating and using pivot tables
• Proper filtering & sorting techniques
• Must understand Excel mechanics (e.g., ensuring new columns are properly filtered to avoid data misalignment)
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Admin experience
• Must have hands-on backend experience, including: User setup & administration, Permission sets & profiles, Data loads & data augmentation, Familiarity with Error Messaging in Salesforce
• Excel (Intermediate Level Required): Use of formulas, Creating and using pivot tables, Proper filtering & sorting techniques, Must understand Excel mechanics
