Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Salary Range: $20 - $22/hr

Level: Entry-Level / Junior Non-IT Operations Role

Introduction
Our clients is looking for a Sales Operations / Sales Support Administrator who will help the Meraki sales team with day-to-day operational tasks, data management, deal routing, Salesforce updates, partner/customer validation, and order compliance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong organization skills coupled with the ability to multitask.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills, computer proficient.
  • Ability to leverage Client Excel for data entry and analysis.
  • Working Experience with Salesforce.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales Support or Data Entry position.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent service and support.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
