Job Title: Sales & Business Development Representative
Salary Range: $45,000 - $125,00/yr

About our Member
Our member company is a growing commercial plumbing and mechanical contractor serving condominiums, property management companies, and commercial facilities across the GTA. They are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand their client base and build long-term relationships with property managers, condominium boards, and commercial clients.
 
This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, generating service and project work, and helping grow their presence in the commercial plumbing industry.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop new client relationships with property managers, condo boards, and commercial building owners
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities across the GTA
  • Meet with clients on-site to understand their plumbing and mechanical needs
  • Work with our estimating and operations teams to prepare proposals
  • Secure service contracts, maintenance programs, and project work
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to support long-term partnerships
Compensation:
This role offers a base salary plus performance-based commission: $45,000 - $120,000+ depending on performance.
  • No commission on the first $300,000 in annual gross profit generated
  • Tiered commission based on gross profit after threshold
  • Commission Tiers:
    • 5% on the first $300,000 in gross profit
    • 7% on the next $300,000 in gross profit
    • 10% on gross profit above $600,000
  • Successful candidates can expect strong earning potential as business grows.
Performance Expectations:
  • Minimum performance expectation of $25,000 in monthly gross profit generated
  • Focus on building long-term commercial relationships and service contracts
  • Active prospecting and regular client meetings
