  • Manage your time and prioritise your work using our internal CRM tool (Salesforce) and keep it updated with relevant information such as creating sales opportunities for your Partner Manager colleagues.

  • Work closely with your program lead and/or manager to identify process improvements for the handling of leads and and the customer experience as well as improving the number of meetings booked with Partner Managers.

  • Speak on the phone or by video with different types of potential Pinterest Customers who are looking for help with their advertising and branding goals and try to schedule a meeting between them and a Partner Manager.

  • Email potential Pinterest Customers who you may not be able to contact directly by phone and help them with their advertising and branding goals and try to schedule a meeting between them and a Partner Manager.

  • Maintain an impeccable standard of the customer experience throughout all communication with Pinterest customers.

  • Manage the customers journey from their first contact with you all the way to booking an appointment with a Partner Manager who will help them realise their advertising, branding and engagement goals.

  • Execute Outbound sales motions to drive incremental, net new revenue for the client.

  • Build great relationships with Advertisers coming from Outbound lead data sources.

  • Proactively identify the right business contacts in potential Advertising Partner organisations and initiate the Sales Process.

  • Outreach to advertisers using creative strategies around seasonal moments, product offerings, and more using a variety of outreach tools including email, phone, social platform messaging, etc.

  • Create sales opportunities for Partner Managers in Salesforce.

  • Work closely with the program lead to identify process improvements to increase quantity of leads, quality of leads, and speed of lead to opportunity conversion.

  • Deliver on agreed KPIs in conjunction with team needs.

  • Act as a senior point of contact and knowledge escalation within the team.

  • Act as a key support point for the new joiners in the team.

  • Develop your profile and your career by working collaboratively with many different teams and organisations. Develop your relationships, experience, knowledge and skills to move on to be a Partner or Account Manager or another exciting role within [supplier].

Qualifications

  • Ideally 2 years of experience in a target driven, customer-facing role.

  • Demonstrated experience using analytical approaches to solving business problems.

  • Demonstrable ability to train and educate advertisers on solutions including how to create and optimise campaigns.

  • Demonstrable ability to understand, validate, and overcome customer objections by crafting a compelling marketing plan to use Pinterest's platform & functionality to achieve advertisers goals.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google's G-suite collaboration and presentation tools.

  • Experience of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
