About the Role:

The Sales Analyst plays a critical role in driving the success of our operations by providing insightful data analysis and actionable sales intelligence. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and support strategic decision-making. The Sales Analyst collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize sales performance and improve customer satisfaction. By leveraging data-driven insights, the role contributes to enhancing revenue growth and operational efficiency. Ultimately, the Sales Analyst ensures that the organization remains competitive and responsive to market dynamics through rigorous analysis and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales analysis, data analytics, or a similar role within wholesale trade or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar database querying languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-directed and knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to management and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales forecasting, inventory planning, and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies and product positioning.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to influence business strategies and improve sales outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
