Employment Type: This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role, starting with an initial 3 month contract. After the initial 3 month contract period, the position may convert to a permanent position based on performance.
About the role:
Respondology is seeking a motivated and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us identify and connect with the next wave of amazing brands we can serve. This is a unique temp-to-perm (3 month initial contract) opportunity designed for someone looking to break into SaaS sales and grow alongside a fast-moving, mission-driven team.
In this role, you'll learn the ropes of outbound outreach-including cold calling, email prospecting, and social outreach-while working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to generate qualified opportunities. No prior experience is necessary-we'll teach you everything you need to know. If you're excited about building relationships, learning fast, and working with a team that's changing how brands protect their communities, we'd love to hear from you.
A day in the life:
  • Learn and apply core SDR skills, including outreach via cold calls, email, and social channels
    Research and qualify new prospects that align with Respondology's mission and product offering
  • Write thoughtful, personalized outreach messages that stand out
  • Manage your outreach process in our CRM and collaborate with senior Sales team members to improve
  • Participate in weekly training and coaching to build a foundation in modern SaaS sales
  • Support internal sales and marketing initiatives as needed
  • Represent the brand with clarity, professionalism, and a dose of creative thinking
