Job description

We hire for character and train for skill — experience preferred but not required.

What you'll do

  • Load and unload material for our Robots/CNC machines
  • Collect data and monitor product conformity
  • Stay aware of job requirements (production rates, operation details)
  • Identify product (in-process, non-conforming)
  • Basic machine maintenance
  • Assembly, packing, tumbling, and deburring
  • 3S – Sort, Shine, Standardize
  • Follow safety guidelines and serve our team and customers

What we're looking for

  • A coachable, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn — no experience needed
  • Must be 18 or older to operate a CNC machine
  • Able to stand for most of the shift and lift 35 lbs or more
  • Comfortable learning our systems (we'll train you on Slack, BambooHR, JobBOSS, our internal database, and Microsoft Office)

Pay & benefits

  • $20-$25/hr, 1st shift
