THE PAY: Reliable and Predictable

  • Weekly Average: $1,300 to $1,500 (Top 20 percent earn $1,700 plus)

  • Mileage Rate: $0.56 to $0.64 CPM (Based on experience)

  • Extras: $15 Stop Pay plus Breakdown, Detention, and Layover pay included.

  • Payday: Direct Deposit every Friday.

THE JOB: No Touch and Efficient

  • Equipment: Assigned Automatic trucks (Late model).

  • Freight: 100 percent No Touch 53 foot Dry Van.

  • Efficiency: 60 percent Drop and Hook to 40 percent Live Load or Unload.

  • Steady Miles: Average 2,100 miles per week with minimal downtime.

  • Regional Flow: Great Lakes lanes with a mix of day and night runs.

HOME TIME AND LIFESTYLE

  • Schedule: Two weeks on the road followed by two days at home.
