Orthopedic Registered Nurse โ Outpatient Clinic
Location: San Francisco, California
Schedule: Full-Time | MondayโFriday | 8-Hour Shifts (No Weekends)
Pay Range: $55 โ $70/hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading outpatient orthopedic clinic providing high-quality musculoskeletal and rehabilitative care. In this role, the RN will collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to support efficient clinic operations while delivering exceptional, hands-on patient care in a concierge-style outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient orthopedic clinic
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and patient assessments
- Support clinic workflow and patient flow in a scheduled environment
- Perform phlebotomy and blood draws as needed
- Educate patients on treatment plans and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate care with the healthcare team
Required Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience in an outpatient, specialty, or office-based clinical setting
- Orthopedic or rehabilitation experience required
- Recent patient-facing clinical nursing experience
- Strong phlebotomy and blood draw skills
Preferred Experience
- Recent clinical nursing experience within the last 2โ3 years
- Experience managing patient flow in an outpatient clinic setting
- Background in orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports medicine, or rehabilitation clinics
