Job description

Clinic Registered Nurse
What You'll Do
As a Clinic RN, you'll play an essential role in coordinating patient care and supporting both providers and patients in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
• Serve as a key liaison between patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
• Review patient records with providers, communicate test results, and facilitate follow-up care, including scheduling diagnostic tests and appointments.
• Document patient interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records while supporting requests for medical information.
• Triage incoming clinical inquiries, identifying urgent vs. routine needs and providing guidance aligned with established protocols and physician direction.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and care plans using medically approved guidelines.
• Administer medications safely, efficiently, and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Support both inpatient and outpatient billing processes as needed.
What We're Looking For
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required • Current RN license eligible to practice in the State of Wisconsin
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Entry-level candidates welcome
• Knowledge of clinical procedures, medications, and ambulatory care standards
• Basic proficiency with computers, phones, and office equipment
• Strong communication, organization, and patient service skills
Pay
$28.25-$43.00 per hour, based on experience
