The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team.
The team ensures that patients and families receive individualized high-quality, safe patient care.
Nurses practice in a clinical environment administered by Nurse Managers and other leaders.
Support for clinical practice is provided through a governance model.
