Job Description
Job Title: Staff Registered Nurse (RN)
Profession: Nursing

Shift: 10-13 hour shifts AM & PM
Hours per Shift: 36 guaranteed hours per week
Experience: Minimum 1 year nursing experience required. Previous dialysis experience required. Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing preferred.
License: Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Certifications: Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card.
Must-Have: Must be able to work at any clinic within the designated area. Must be able to work any shift (AM/PM) depending on staffing needs.
Description: The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients.
The RN will be responsible for providing education to patients.
The RN will supervise Dialysis Technicians.
The RN will adjust treatment plans per standing orders and care plans.
The RN will monitor patient outcomes and administer medications.
The RN will participate in quality improvement projects.
The RN will collaborate with other members of the patient care team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.
This is a chronic, in-center nursing position covering designated locations.
The position requires working any day from Monday to Saturday.
