Compensation and Shift Details

  • Shifts are ten to twelve hours, depending on facility placement needs
  • ED RN Contractor Rate - $100.00/Hr

Our Requirements

  • 2+ years’ (or 4000 hours equivalent) clinical experience working in emergency departments within Canada.
  • Baccalaureate Degree (BScN) or Diploma in Nursing
  • Nova Scotia license will be needed
  • Current Registered Nurse Licensure in good standing with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing or ability to obtain
  • Current CTAS, TNCC, PALS, ACLS, ALS Mandatory
  • Current NRP (Preferred)
  • Proof of current immunization for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (MMVR), tetanus, diphtheria, polio, pertussis, hepatitis b
  • Proof of negative TB skin test within the past one (1) year or a negative chest x-ray within the past five (5) years
  • Must have Negative Police Check within the last 2 years
  • Minimum of 2 COVID vaccines
  • Current N95 Mask Fit Certificate
