Job description

CRMS - Credit Risk Administration Entry-Level
CRMS offers developing professional roles that integrate specialty knowledge and understanding of industry standards and practices, application of analytical thinking and review and verification of documentation and data. These roles work collaboratively with other teams in accomplishing the objectives of the department and organization through the utilization of communication and diplomacy skills to exchange potentially complex and sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
  • Apply professional judgment and knowledge of department policy and procedures in completion of assigned duties
  • Review approved credit package, creation and maintenance of credit records.
  • Troubleshoot and provide resolution of underlying causes of data inquiries
  • Timely management, escalation and resolution of requests, inquiries and issues related to departmental functions
  • Participate in projects related to of the department and organization including performing user testing technology implementation
  • Identify gaps and provide input to streamline work processes
  • Apply understanding of how team integrate with others functions in accomplishing objectives of the department and organization
  • Provide cross training on process to relevant backup specialists

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Attention to detail critical
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to research and provide solutions
  • Self-starter able to work independently and as a team player
  • Experience reviewing Credit loan documentation

Education:
  • Bachelor's/University Degree or equivalent experience
