Job description

Overview:

Provides secretarial/administrative support directly to the Chief Risk Officer exercising tact and diplomacy.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as liaison between the Executive and bank personnel and respond to questions and/or issues on organizational matters.
  • Handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the day-to-day activities and operations of the Executive
  • Maintain executive's business calendar and uses discretion to screen requests for meetings and appointments. Reschedule meetings and appointments to meet special contingencies.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements and prepare business itineraries
  • Perform project-oriented assignments for executive to include researching data, compiling information, and prepare formal results on results and recommendations
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and summarizes data of an advanced nature. Compose memos and other types of correspondence for executive management.
  • Prepare and arrange business presentations, management letters, and other communications ensuring materials are prepared in a timely and professional manner
Education and Experience Required:

Associate's degree or equivalent in experience.

7 years' experience at successive levels of responsibility
