Account Manager - BluePrint Program (Entry-Level)

Locations: Eden Prairie, Chicago Central, Columbus/Philly, Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix

Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop broad supply chain expertise by learning industry fundamentals (modes, capacity, pricing, service, and customer operations) through structured training, mentorship, and real-time problem solving.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers by understanding what matters to their business and helping solve real supply chain challenges that affect their daily operations.
  • Own shipment execution end to end, from planning through delivery, using digital and AI enabled insights to anticipate risk, inform decisions, and deliver reliable outcomes for customers.
  • Leverage data analytics and technology to identify trends, uncover root causes, and turn insights into improvements in service, cost, and reliability.
  • Participate in customer business reviews, account planning discussions, and strategic growth conversations alongside experienced Account Managers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive business results.
  • Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams and rotate through key functional areas, building a strong internal network and a deep understanding of how decisions are made across the business.
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, with graduation expected by summer 2027
  • Experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions

Compensation Range
