Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Develop insurance quotes based on client needs
- Present solutions with confidence and close sales effectively
- Network and generate referrals to expand your pipeline
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Educate and advise clients on coverage options and risk management
Requirements- Valid Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Flexible schedule availability (40 hours per week; not required to be 85, MF)
