As an Entry Level Rigger, most of your day will be spent assisting with setting up and dismantling rigging equipment, transporting materials, and supporting skilled riggers on site. Diagnose, repair, adjust, or maintain any fleet equipment, such as forklifts, engines, pallet jacks, tractors, and motorized carts in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturing specifications. Perform work using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments. Able to communicate effectively and work as a member of a maintenance organization

Education and Experience Requirements
An individual in this position has attained a minimum of HS diploma/GED to meet entry-level requirements and has completed certification in any of the skilled maintenance trades. Education beyond the minimum is an added advantage for career development activities.
The individual will have a minimum of 1-3 years of basic mechanical experience. Individual should also have a basic understanding of computers including Microsoft Office, such as Outlook, Word, Excel and should know how to search, send electronic communication, find files, etc. Individual needs to be able to learn and use preventive maintenance software for scheduling and monitoring various equipment throughout the factory.
The individual should have hands-on experience with all types of equipment controls. Current material handling certification, Lock Out/Tag Out, Lifting & Rigging, preventive or predictive maintenance.
Certificates, Licenses, Registration Requirements
Heavy Equipment mechanic, Vo-Tech certificate in any of the skilled maintenance trades, AAON Provided Education list.
