Role Overview
We're looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing efforts across both the practice and podcast. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to gain hands-on experience across social media, content creation, and marketing coordination.
This role will work closely with the team to help execute marketing initiatives, keep projects on track, and contribute to the overall growth of the brand.
*This is a hybrid role based locally, with occasional in-office time in Delray Beach for meetings, content capture, and events. Only local candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Support
• Assist with creating and scheduling social media content (posts, reels, captions, and basic graphics)
• Help gather and organize photos, videos, and testimonials for campaigns
• Support website updates as needed
Email Marketing
• Assist with building and sending email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, internal communications)
• Help manage and distribute the internal employee newsletter
Reputation Management
• Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp

Podcast & Content Support
