Medical Assistant – Rheumatology (4-Day Workweek | Specialty Practice)

We are a well-established, physician-led rheumatology practice seeking a high-performing Medical Assistant who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and patient-centered care.

This role is ideal for an experienced MA who wants more than a routine clinic job—you’ll work closely with the physician, manage complex chronic-care patients, and play a key role in medication coordination and care continuity.

If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating with a high level of responsibility, this is a standout opportunity in a stable, specialty practice setting.

Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)
  • Fridays off | No weekends | No evenings
