We have part-time openings on all shifts for Restaurant Crew Members at Cafe Yumm! Argyle Square in Wilsonville, OR.

  • Starting base wage $17.93/hour plus $5.40/hour in tips (based on a 12-month average of hourly tips from 4/1/2025-3/31/2026).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn all stations in the restaurant: cashier, deluxe bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food preparation, grill/salads, starts/hot bar.
  • Set high standards of consistency in food preparation and cleanliness, and work steadily.
  • Provide service that is remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative.

Job Requirements:

  • 16 years of age or older.
  • Possess "can do" attitude.
  • Arrive on time for every shift.
  • Sufficient command of the English language to be able to read and understand the POS system.

Education and Experience:

  • Possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handler's Permit.
  • Possession of either a High School Diploma or GED Certificate is preferred.
  • Experience as a server, cook, cashier, host, or equivalent related experience is preferred.
