The Job:

We are recruiting for an entry-level Health Services Representative. This role will coordinate information, services, and projects between departments. The position will also be responsible for supporting managers and clients in day-to-day activities. Recent college graduates and entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply!

What You Will Be Doing As A Health Services Representative :

  • Maintain rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts, researching and developing new services and methods, setting priorities, resolving problems
  • Act as liaison between associates and consultants to assist with all enrollment and benefit questions
  • Review enrollment systems and provide basic analysis for monthly reporting
  • Maintain suggestion system by directing and controlling administrative technical aspects in accordance with management directives
  • Accurately enroll associates into benefit plans in benefits administration/payroll and vendor systems
  • Maintain all benefit enrollments and complete audits for proper invoicing by insurance carriers
  • Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities, and determining continuing needs
  • Complete administrative projects by identifying and implementing new technology and resources, redesigning systems, recommending re-deployment of designated resources
  • Provide support to Benefits and Workers' Compensation/Safety teams
  • Answer general enrollment questions for benefit-eligible associates as well as coordinate the enrollment process for status changes
