Job description

Reporting to our Manager of Early Talent, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for early career talent across internships, co-ops, and entry-level roles for our Finance and Research & Development divisions. You will partner closely with business leaders, universities, and student organizations to build diverse early talent pipelines while delivering an engaging and inclusive candidate experience.

This role can be based in Omaha, NE or Chicago, IL.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for early career programs, including internships and entry-level roles, from workforce planning through offer acceptance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student organizations, and external partners
  • Represent the organization at recruiting events, career fairs, and onsite student engagements, with travel up to 50%
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies leveraging customer relationship management and applicant tracking system tools
  • Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Track recruiting activity and outcomes to support data-informed decisions and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with broader talent acquisition and human resources partners to support early talent initiatives

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting early career or campus talent in a corporate or agency setting
  • Knowledge of human resources technology such as applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management systems, and third-party sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of university recruiting strategies and candidate engagement approaches
  • Comfort analyzing recruiting and program data and presenting insights, trends, and recommendations to support early talent strategy and decision-making
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring teams, and external partners
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
