This position operates within a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As part of an outpatient office framework, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. You will utilize secure telehealth platforms to conduct assessments and therapy sessions, fully respecting client confidentiality and wellness.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant therapeutic techniques tailored to the client's unique objectives.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring they receive immediate and appropriate support during critical situations.
• Record and maintain accurate, confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with team members to coordinate care and improve treatment outcomes for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available resources in the community, advocating for their needs as warranted.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and relevant educational opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will also have the opportunity to engage with couples and families, addressing relationship dynamics and communication challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate their personal journeys towards healing and resilience.

• Must hold a current and valid mental health licensure, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the mental health field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and team members.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and professional conduct in all interactions.

• Prior experience in a clinical outpatient setting is preferred, although entry-level candidates may be considered depending on their qualifications.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and tools is advantageous, given the remote nature of the position.
