Our work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients.
• Implementing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the therapeutic goals of each patient.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory mandates.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health providers in regular case consultations to enhance quality care.
• Providing education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment processes, and community support systems available to them.
• Regularly engaging in professional development and staying abreast of the latest mental health research and treatment techniques.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population that includes individuals of various ages and backgrounds grappling with conditions such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and more. You will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals towards recovery and resilience, tailoring your approach to effectively meet their unique therapeutic needs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active professional license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to customize care for each patient effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate open dialogue with clients and team members alike.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills.
• A collaborative spirit, valuing team contributions and fostering a supportive workplace.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in an outpatient setting, specifically in applying therapeutic techniques such as CBT and DBT, will be given favorable consideration. A demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and commitment to ongoing professional development will enhance your application.
