This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with clients through telehealth technology. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients’ emotional and psychological needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy—to deliver effective individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s goals.
• Provide crisis intervention support as needed, assisting clients facing acute mental health emergencies with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication amongst team members.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders and therapeutic processes, advocating for their needs and navigating available community resources.
• Commit to professional growth by attending training sessions, workshops, and ongoing education to stay updated on the latest practices and trends in mental health treatment.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate effective treatment plans.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing various therapeutic services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Capability to work autonomously while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• A commitment to uphold ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice.

• Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings is preferred, though motivated entry-level candidates may also be considered.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery systems is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 - 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive:
