We emphasize a client-centered approach, creating a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can share their unique experiences and work towards healing and growth. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and encouraging clients to develop coping strategies to navigate life's challenges.

Qualifications
  • Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate effective treatment plans.
  • At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing various therapeutic services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Capability to work autonomously while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • A commitment to uphold ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings is preferred, though motivated entry-level candidates may also be considered.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery systems is a plus.
