As an Associate Level Mental Health Therapist, you will be integral to the therapeutic process. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to meet each client's needs.
• Conducting intake assessments to understand clients' emotional and behavioral concerns, followed by collaborative development of tailored treatment plans.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Engaging actively in team consultations to share insights, seek guidance, and contribute to collective learning.
• Identifying and referring clients to external resources or services when necessary to bolster their mental health development and support.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve understanding these dynamics and facilitating effective therapy interventions that lead to significant improvement in their daily lives. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• AMFT, ASW, or APCC licensure in California to provide therapeutic services.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Demonstrable familiarity with outpatient treatment models and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage caseloads and adhere to documentation deadlines.

Applicants should ideally have at least one year of hands-on experience in a clinical setting. Experience with group therapy formats and familiarity with integrated care models can be advantageous. Background in community mental health services will also be beneficial as it aligns with our collaborative approach to therapy.
