This is not an entry level cold calling job. You will engage professionals who are already interested in improving their wealth situation, and your job is to guide them toward a real conversation with our advisory team through genuine, well thought out dialogue.What You Will DoBuild relationships with prospects through social platforms, referrals, and personal networksLead conversations that uncover a person's goals and current challengesExplain our services clearly and in a way that fits each individualDetermine whether a prospect is ready for a deeper strategy conversationCoordinate and confirm appointments with our advisory teamKeep prospects informed and prepared before their scheduled appointmentTrack your pipeline and follow up consistently until conversations convertHit weekly targets for conversations and appointments setHow We WorkThis role is built on relationships, not high volume dialing or purchased lists.
