5-Week Paid Training + Bonus & Commission Plan
This is a fully remote role. All team members are required to have aย personal laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connectionย to perform daily dialing sessions, attend virtual meetings, and update CRM records.
What Youโ€™ll Do

ย ย ย ย โ€ขย  ย  Make outbound calls to leads and warm prospects.

ย ย ย ย โ€ขย  ย  Confirm homeowner appointments and schedule presentations.

ย ย ย ย โ€ขย  ย  Support proposal creation and financing options (training provided).

ย ย ย ย โ€ขย  ย  Update CRM and lead management tools with accurate information.

ย ย ย ย โ€ขย  ย  Learn and practice the virtual solar sales process alongside experienced leaders.

ย ย ย ย โ€ขย  ย  Collaborate with team members to sharpen scripts, improve objection handling, and increase closes.
