To thrive as an Entry Level Remote Scrum Master, you need a solid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum methodology, and ideally a Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana and basic project management systems is commonly expected.
