As a scrum master, you're passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that's integrating critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need an experienced scrum master like you to create solutions that'll help the Army integrate its intelligence sources.
On our team, you'll coach a development team to their highest performance level while ensuring the scrum project is successfully progressed. You'll ensure scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders. Using tools like Jira and Confluence, you'll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish project planning through managing sprints and refining implementation roadmaps.
In this role, you'll directly impact the Army by helping the implementation team manage their work and collaborate with various stakeholders. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in Agile processes and IT project management while successfully delivering project solutions that will help intelligence analysts provide more complete data to military stakeholders.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience leading agile transformations as a Scrum Master serving multiple teams, providing tasking and assisting with prioritization of efforts for secure DoW projects
  • Experience with Enterprise IT, software development, digital strategies and transformation, analytics, or product management
  • Experience with projects using an Agile methodology, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework
  • Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level military client management

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
