Remote Sales Closer (Commission Only)

Warm Leads Provided Daily | Unlimited Income Potential

Employment Type: Contract / Independent Contractor (1099)

Location: Remote / Nationwide

Always Be Marketing is a rapidly growing full-service marketing agency focused on helping home service and construction companies grow their businesses through proven lead generation and marketing systems.

Unlike most agencies, we come directly from the contractor world. We understand the real challenges contractors face because we have lived them ourselves.

We are currently seeking experienced remote closers who know how to identify real buyers, control conversations, and close deals.

This is NOT a strictly cold-calling position.

Compensation Structure

1–10 Closes
$400 per close

11–19 Closes
$500 per close (Retroactive to Close #1)

20–39 Closes
$750 per close (Retroactive to Close #1)

40+ Closes
$1,000 per close (Retroactive to Close #1)

Close 100 contracts in a month and receive a $25,000 bonus on top of commissions.

Top performers can realistically earn: $20,000 – $100,000+ per month

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound prospects
  • Build rapport with business owners
  • Identify real buyers
  • Set quality opportunities is unable to close (commission altered if others close)
  • Always Be Closing!
  • Maintain consistent follow-up
  • Represent the company professionally
