• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active California LCSW license.
• Documentation of at least two years of clinical experience in social work, particularly within healthcare settings or hospice care.
• Strong skills in clinical documentation, case management, and family dynamics.

• Experience working within hospice or palliative care environments.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
