Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities that are critical to patient success and organized healthcare delivery. Specific tasks include:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitating therapy sessions using evidence-based practices for individuals, couples, families, and group therapy settings.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to provide integrated and holistic patient care.
  • Offering crisis intervention and emotional support for clients in distress, implementing de-escalation strategies when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals facing chronic mental health challenges, trauma survivors, and those experiencing situational crises. Your skills will be pivotal in addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • An active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively collaborate with team members and maintain accurate patient records.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
