Aria Behavioral Health is excited to announce an opening for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time position based in Santa Ana, California. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be instrumental in providing therapeutic services, crisis intervention, and vital support to our clients as they navigate their mental health journeys. The work setting is primarily remote, allowing you flexibility while maintaining a connection with our clients in a Detox Center environment.

About the Organization

Aria Behavioral Health is committed to offering comprehensive mental health services within a caring and respectful environment. Our mission is to provide holistic care that fosters recovery and enhances the quality of life for our patients. We pride ourselves on having a dedicated team of professionals who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional mental health services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Work Environment

This remote role allows for a healthy work-life balance while being engaged with our clients and the larger healthcare team. The Detox Center setting is crucial in addressing substance use disorders, and your contributions as an LCSW will play a significant role in supporting clients through their healing process. You will have access to a range of digital tools and resources to maintain productive communications and create effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluate clients' mental health histories to create personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary care teams, ensuring that everyone involved is aligned with the client’s treatment goals and progress.
  • Utilize various mental health interventions to effectively address a range of mental health challenges and facilitate crisis interventions as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to continuously track patient progress.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve individuals experiencing mental health issues in conjunction with substance use disorders. Your clients may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or co-occurring mental health conditions, and your support and interventions will be vital in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.
  • An active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in mental health or substance abuse.
  • A strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and the ability to apply them effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a Detox Center or similar setting, providing specialized care for individuals in recovery.
  • Knowledge of digital health technologies and telehealth platforms that enhance client engagement and treatment delivery.
Compensation and Benefits

Your efforts and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and professional development. This includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
