Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support for clients in acute distress or experiencing significant challenges affecting their mental health.
  • Document and maintain accurate clinical records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluation results, in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for all clients.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health concerns, available treatment options, and community resources, serving as an advocate for their needs.
