• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring that crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, medication treatment plans, and risk assessments are developed collaboratively.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that clients' needs are met while adhering to best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to ensure the highest level of care is provided.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance clients’ experiences and outcomes.
• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation process, contributing valuable insights and staying current with compliance requirements.
• Act as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and other relevant service systems, building strong relationships to enhance service delivery and client support.
• Facilitate open lines of communication within the clinic and the larger community, upholding the mission of promoting mental health awareness and recovery principles.
• Develop partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to create new opportunities for collaboration, funding, and program enhancement.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Promote and embody the agency’s values, mission, and philosophy in all interactions, especially when representing the organization in public forums.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting the organization’s needs.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required for this position.

• Track record of developing and implementing clinical intervention plans and positive behavior support strategies.
