The Family Relationship Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clients that consider their unique circumstances, goals, and cultural backgrounds.
• Facilitate therapy sessions across various settings—individual, couple, family, and group—utilizing evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Provide crisis intervention services, leveraging your clinical expertise to ensure clients in acute distress receive prompt support and coordinated care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans that comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with tools to navigate mental health challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Regularly evaluate therapy outcomes to ascertain treatment efficacy and make informed adjustments to care plans accordingly.
• Stay informed on the latest research, clinical guidelines, and best practices in mental health to enhance service delivery.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain the confidentiality of patient information as a top priority.

This role focuses on a diverse clientele at our Detox Center, including individuals coping with substance abuse issues, trauma, and co-occurring mental health disorders. As a social worker, your efforts will directly impact clients' recovery journeys, helping them to establish healthier coping mechanisms and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients from varying cultural backgrounds.

• Experience in trauma-informed care and familiarity with substance abuse and mental health disorders is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting patient information and treatment progress.
