• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using the telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for all discussions.
• Evaluate clients’ needs through thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement appropriate therapeutic techniques.
• Provide evidence-based interventions for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, and stress management.
• Educate clients on coping strategies and methods to promote emotional wellness, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding their mental health.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.

You will primarily work with adults who are stable and present with low to moderate acuity issues. Our client base is pre-screened to ensure they are well-suited for telehealth therapy, enabling you to focus on providing impactful care without the challenges associated with high-risk populations.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state in which you practice.
• Proficient understanding of clinical concepts, diagnostic criteria, and therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years post-licensure experience in the mental health field, particularly with a focus on mood disorders.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Experience in psychopharmacology, with an ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrist teams.
• Documented success in achieving positive client outcomes is a plus.
