• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and resources that inform treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update client-centered treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals and interventions.
• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a collaborative atmosphere and community among clients.
• Provide crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and devising safety plans as necessary to ensure clients' well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring quality control and accountability in clinical practice.
• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings to share insights and provide recommendations for client care.
