• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique needs of each client, leading to the development of customized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to support clients through various mental health challenges, ensuring their well-being and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers—to provide a comprehensive approach to care.
• Educate and empower patients and their families through workshops and individual sessions to foster understanding and support in the recovery process.
• Stay current with mental health research, best practices, and community resources to enhance the quality of care provided.

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and families who are navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Our outpatient setting thrives on offering accessible and culturally competent care to ensure that all clients feel understood and supported.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license maintained in the state of Connecticut.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
