• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns and formulate evidence-based clinical diagnoses.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, group therapy, or family therapy, ensuring that interventions align with our clients’ specific goals and needs.
• Deliver immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, applying de-escalation techniques and safety planning as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment protocols, progress notes, and assessment documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nursing staff, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment paths, and available community resources, advocating for their needs throughout the therapeutic process.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training workshops and staying updated with best practices in mental health treatment.

The clientele you will serve includes individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our clinic prioritizes inclusivity and cultural competence, ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist in Oregon (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to work independently while being a proactive contributor to team efforts.
• Unwavering commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional practice standards.

• Practical experience within a clinical setting is preferred, although newly licensed candidates may be considered for entry-level opportunities.
• Familiarity with remote therapy platforms and telehealth best practices is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance options.
