  • The Renewables Project Developer \/ Project Development Associate will identify, research, prospect, and site land opportunities for utility\-scale renewable energy and energy storage projects through collaborative community efforts with land\-owners<\/span><\/span>

  • The <\/span>Renewables Project Developer \/ Project Development Associate<\/span><\/span>ย will work on all initiatives related to site acquisition, financing, and development of utility\-scale energy storage and renewable energy projects including initiating as well as responding to RFPs (request for proposals)<\/span><\/span>

    • 3\-5+ years of utility\-scale renewable energy, energy storage, battery storage, LNG, and\/or natural gas experience working with IPPs \/ Developers \/ Owners <\/span><\/span>

    • MUST have a breadth of hands\-on experience with real estate transactions and contracts for projects with developers in the renewables, natural gas, LNG, or energy storage space<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Solid understanding of the RFP \/ RFI process as it relates to project development initiatives<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Well versed in project siting, permitting, prospecting, and other due diligence initiatives for utility\-scale renewable (solar, wind, battery storage) projects<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Hands\-on experience utilizing site prospecting, land negotiations, and support of project financing initiatives,ย ย <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Any exposure or project experience with energy storage, battery storage, or solar + storage is a HUGE PLUS<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills is a MUST and needed to be efficient in this role<\/span><\/span>
