Role Overview:We are seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer who embodies our values of curiosity, innovation, and passion for technology. This role demands more than just technical proficiency; it requires a candidate who fits our company culture and is eager to contribute to a team environment.
 
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies on Azure.
Design, manage, and maintain tools to automate operational processes.
Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage Azure cloud-based production systems, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of productions systems.
Build, release, and configuration management of production systems.
Pre-production Acceptance Testing to help assure the quality of our products/services.
System troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains.
Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.
Ensure critical system security through the use of best in class cloud security solutions.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Experience with Azure, including Azure CLI, Azure Portal, and Azure App Service.
Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Dynatrace for monitoring and alerting is a plus.
Ability to code and script in multiple languages (a polyglot mindset).
Experience with system and IT operations; comfortable with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment.
Strong grasp of automation tools.
Data management skills with an understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
