In this role, you will:

• Implement and oversee individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision, ensuring that every client receives tailored care based on their unique needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including treatment plans, daily progress notes, discharge summaries, and incident reports, to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Facilitate and lead consumer support groups, fostering community, connection, and collaboration among participants.
• Engage actively in staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance personal and team growth.
• Conduct assessments and treatment planning, collaborating closely with clients and their support systems, including family members and other service providers.
• Assist clients with social service needs by liaising with community organizations, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and advocacy.
• Promote center activities in collaboration with volunteers and interns, ensuring they align with clients’ cultural and individualized needs.
• Proactively establish and maintain relationships with potential referral sources, enhancing the service spectrum available to clients.
• Uphold client confidentiality in accordance with ethical standards and the Code of Ethics of the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association.
• Remain informed on JCAHO, Medicaid, and DBH standards, contributing to our compliance and accreditation efforts.

Your primary focus will be on clients navigating perinatal mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders related to pregnancy and postpartum experiences. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population facing various mental health challenges, ensuring that every individual receives quality care tailored to their specific circumstances.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid social work license that meets state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW).
• Experience in coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a commitment to supporting peers and clients alike.
• A clean history, verified by a third party, with no medical malpractice claims.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
